While I feel foolish re-posting this stuff after it pops up in the comments, it is the only way to really bring it to the forefront of this site.....so......
Here are some new comments from the other Jessica. She again feels the need to defend herself and clear her name. I should say again, there are many people in this world and some of them share a name...this site is not an attack on anyone but the woman at "Stressgoneforgood" who has been scamming people online in several different forms. I have no interest in the exploits of this "wildsoutherngirl28" Jessica and I could care less if she is a good surrogate mother or not...that is not what I am about or this site is about.
As far as ceaseing and desisting, I do not know whether an attorney has been contacted or not, but I am interested to see where this goes. I am easily contacted through this site, my email is available. Please know that any correspondence with me via email, or any form, may appear in part or in full on this website. That is, unless ordered by law. I will consider removal of the babywishing comments, not because I fear legal action, but because it does fall outside the realm of this site's content. As for these other comments, this is a public forum, YOU posted these words and I simple re-posted them in an actual blog post. It was YOUR CHOICE to get on this site and post your comments, they originated with you. Again, I will consider removal, but I have in no way defamed you by re-posting YOUR OWN WORDS, that is why I made a point of NOT editing anything you wrote when I re-posted (including spelling errors) Your attorney will likely advise you on this.
I will continue to track the online sales conduct of "Stressgoneforgood", the "Furniture People", Jodo Publishing and Jessica Odonnell...but as for this case of mistaken identity, well, I am baffled by the silliness of it.....

anyways has nothing to do with me and I don't really care anymore I was just saying my name showed up for potential people who I was going to be a surrogate for and they had questions and because of your website I have lost a few people but thats fine thats not me and my family and my friends know better and I also know better. I am sorry for throwing such a big fit about it all, but little things bother me and I have always been that way I always make a big something out of nothing at all, so its not guilt because I have nothing to do with your site its just how I am and how I have always been.
and yes I have really contacted my lawyer he said I can draw up the paper and serve it to you but its too much of a hassle. Well Jessica ODonnell has found a new way to scam people so it seems. Now she is preying on people desperate to start families using surrogacy. She has an ad on surrogate mothers online classifieds claiming she only charges $8500.00. Big red flag to anyone that has researched this at all! When I got her on the phone she had the audacity to think I would believe it was ok to just sign her contract she emailed me, send her $1000.00 retainer, and of all things ship her semen for an in home insemenation! And do all this without meeting her. So I replied to her ad again, with a different email. What do you know she had a whole different family history, but same thing wants you to just send money! This women is a liar and a cheat and should be in jail for preying on innocent people like this. DONT SEND HER MONEY!!!

DEAR stressgoneforgood blog/messageboard,
This CEASE AND DESIST ORDER is to inform you that your intimidating actions against Jessica Odonnell has become intolerable. This letter is to demand that your harassment and intimidation CEASE AND DESIST immediately. Should you continue to pursue these activities in violation of this CEASE AND DESIST ORDER, we will not hesitate to pursue further legal action against you including, but not limited to, civil action and/or criminal complaints.
Jessica O'donnell's name is not to be posted on your message boards that is related to surrogacy or complaints from others related to surrogacy.
Note that a copy of this letter and a record of its delivery will be stored. Note too that it is admissible as evidence in a court of law and will be used as such if need be in the future.
This CEASE AND DESIST ORDER demands that you immediately discontinue and do not at any point in the future under any circumstances do any of the following to Jessica Odonnell: speak to, contact, pursue, harass, attack, strike, bump into, brush up against, push, tap, grab, hold, threaten, telephone (via cellular or landline), instant message, page, fax, email, follow, stalk, shadow, disturb my peace, keep me under surveillance, gather information about and/or block my movements at home, work, social gatherings, religious functions and/or any other reasonable day-to-day activities.
Should you willfully choose to continue your current course of action, I will not hesitate to file a complaint with the Police Department for your ongoing violations of the Criminal Laws in effect in South Carolina.
This letter does not constitute an exhaustive statement of my position nor is it a waiver of any of my rights and/or remedies in this and/or any other related matter.
We demand your immediate attention and compliance in this matter.

Gee how funny that the address on your "Cease and Desist" letter from your "lawyer" has a differnt address than the one you want your money sent to! But what do you expect from a scam artist that cant remember her roommate or daughters name! Or maybe you just cant keep your lies straight!
