The attempt at removal...

I mentioned this in an earlier post, but here is the actual material.
Last week, before she was arrested, Jessica O'Donnell attempted to have this blog removed and posted the following on Google Groups.

or remove a google blog? not sure but someone is illigely posting stuff about me and I cant get ahold of the site owner I am a surrogate mom and the site has my name on it and potential people who want me to be a surrogate for them are reading this when they google my name how do I get this off the interent I even had my attorney order it off the internet the owner is not responding. The site http://stressgoneforgood.blogspot.com/ is not directed towards me its directed towards someone with my name who has scammed people on the net for mattress but she happens to have the same name as me.. how do I get this off??? anyone have any sugestions?
